Elegantly furnished bedrooms with airconditioning ensure the best in comfort and accommodation. An indoor auditorium,in the center of the resort building, gives easy access for a guest to watch cultural art forms performed by Kerala Kalamandalam artistes. The auditorium is also used for yoga sessions and meditation classes.It opens to the vast garden area and gives fantastic view of the  stream that flows along the resort boundary. Being simply in the auditorium itself is a nice experience and relaxing.

Nilayorams multicuisine restaurant serves continental and typical Kerala style food in a very hygienic environment. The dining area, set on a vast split level balcony, overlooks the garden and Bharathapuzha on one side and the indoor auditorium to the other allowing the guest to enjoy their food both from the culinary and cultural aspects. This area also receives a swift flow of breeze around the year and indeed that makes the place more enjoyable. Since the seating arrangement is limited to 8 persons only, the guest feels the place very private and attentive.
